no in this case ( i think ) it’s ai translation and they ask ppl to pay to read im not really sure but i think it’s on discord
They translate using ai (don't even edit or proofread) and put early access chapters behind a paywall on their site like webtoon even though it's not official and literally ai and they don't even free unlock those chapters regularly
