Tbf this was an entertaining read The bottom was a bit of a crybaby and the ml was a bit of ass trying to manipulate him It was obvious who the mc was going to end up with regardless of who his saviour was especially since it would gave been awkward getting together with someone's twin brother after sleeping with him We get to see pregnancy and the baby at the end but would have like to see more of them as a family Hoping for side stories
