Dane is a Complete asshole towards Grayson feelings and Grayson the whole novel is just like a large puppy, he is innocent, cute and actually a very good person and huge green forest. He doesn't touch anyone without consent, he is perverted for sure but he respects Dane a lot. Grayson even broke up with Dane because Grayson had bad thoughts about Dane (this does make Dane into depression after the break up but yeah). He let's go of Dane and wishes him a Happy Life also he is that type of good character. He has no redemption arc if ur wondering, he has what's called a Character growth, Dane contributed a lot for the growth teaching emotions and empathy to Grayson so well. But Dane treated Grayson so bad till the arc where Dane learns about Grayson more like first 100 chapters of the novel Dane is a huge red flag and hurts Grayson a lot.

Idk about Karma though because Grayson done whatever he done to help Chase, he literally used himself as a Lab rat for Pheremone suppressors so that they can be used on Chase safely, only Grayson in the whole Miller family looked after Chase and cared for him his ways might be psychotic but he actually cares. He looks after Chase if Grayson didn't look after Chase, Chase would had been in a Coma or even worse went mad or maybe died too. Chase is a stubborn one who doesn't wanna sleep with omegas or attend pheremone parties (they don't do pheremone parties for fun, that's the only way a Dominant Alpha can remain sane) and Grayson genuinely thought he was helping Chase by making that dog comment but it traumatized Chase yes it was bad but Grayson does and only mimics what Ashley does.
I have a question, who in their right mind would say to their sibling that dog thingy and then think, “Oh, I was just helping you?” no offense just kinda curious
