you need to sign in (I suggest having an NU account if you want to read English novels for free since the sites a massive hub for English translated novels), after scroll down to where it says "Latest Release", it'll list the date added, the group translating and the chapter release. once you're logged in the chapter release will turn into hyperlinks that'll take you to where the novels being hosted. For this novel specifically it looks like it's still ongoing in it's translation so it only goes up to chapter 80 but NU will have the most recent chapters for any series so you probably won't find another translation for this novel that's completed HTL.
You need to create an account for that website then look for the title of the novel. Those links won’t work unless you login and click it there directly.
