“Kiss Me Liar” and this, while from the same universe, are from different series. “Kiss Me Liar” is a part of the Kiss Me Series, while this is a part of the If You Can Series (which is about the Miller family—and there’s a LOT of ‘em). ZIG literally wrote about everyone and their mothers and neighbors. Personally though, this is my favorite of them all :)

The whole abo universe consists of 5 wealthy dom Alpha families, Pittmans, Millers and 3 others. Pittmans got their own universe with 6 novels and Millers got their own universe with 6 novels as well. Rest 3 are standalone novels that is kiss the scumbag, kiss the stranger(royal family of middle east) and Kiss my Gritz. These 3 have cameos from Pittmans and Millers.
Ps: novels are expanding as pete, cecil and Spencer will get a novel in future and there's also a novel confirmed for the Chase bodyguards Isaac and Newton.
