Love this story so much, as an aroace person I relate so much to Yuriko. It's mad annoying how obsessed society is with marriage and children. So many moments in this made my soul hurt. I was lucky to find out I'm aspec at a pretty young age (12) so I didn't go through a lot of feeling of alienation, isolating and 'brokeness', but that scene at the bar in seattle was extremely frustrating and painful, I can't imagine how lost you might feel not having a name for this exprerience, not even knowing if "there's something wrong" with you or not. I'm glad they have each other now and more than anything I;m glad they author stuck to it and didn't change their feeling or have them actually end up with kids etc. The story and the realism was just so good.
