I cook. It keeps my mind busy and I'm rewarded with food.. Vitamin supplements also works when I'm short on time. Usually when my mood dips it's cause my vitamin D is low so I go outside and watch the world go by..
i come here in mgg… but jokes aside i write stories that i wished i could read but couldn’t find anywhere or just do nothing but sleep all day to escape reality
I listen to my music and sometimes sing. Sometimes I watch movies/dvd’s, tv anything that has noise. But sometimes I draw/ color. But it doesn’t always clear my head and I still feel like shit.
