What do you guys do when you feel like shit
I have a good cry like genuinely cry so much it's embarrassing then get I tired and rewatch some of the funniest YouTube videos I know
I cook. It keeps my mind busy and I'm rewarded with food.. Vitamin supplements also works when I'm short on time. Usually when my mood dips it's cause my vitamin D is low so I go outside and watch the world go by..

and read BL manhwas/novels. anything to distract yourself and gives you some sort of dopamine
Sleep. Sleep is renewing and healing.
Read. Reading helps me refocus my mind and spirit.
i come here in mgg… but jokes aside i write stories that i wished i could read but couldn’t find anywhere or just do nothing but sleep all day to escape reality

I listen to my music and sometimes sing. Sometimes I watch movies/dvd’s, tv anything that has noise. But sometimes I draw/ color. But it doesn’t always clear my head and I still feel like shit.
