Tldr: Its hard to ask for help especially with money and shitty family
I understand what you're saying but I also understand MC. There's a difference between anxiety and financial anxiety. And especially in this context where ML has ot only ever been used for money before but is also in a very risky/fragile sitting within his family already. To ask him for money would be uncomfortable even more so because he would help in a heartbeat. That could put both of them in a difficult position.

Exactly! All I’m saying is that gatekeeping isn’t the way. He needs to tell him, not keep it to himself. I was talking about the relationship being built on trust, and that goes both ways. He doesn’t have to use his money, he just needs to tell him what’s going on and they can figure it out from there. I get the using the money part, but all I want is for him to open up and tell him, even if he doesn’t use his money, but telling him makes the weight of it all less on his shoulders, having that trust with Taeshin

I still dont think theyre mature enough given how ML acts (so back and forth with the love and hate) but hopefully he gets over it enough/is able to recognize that this isnt about him and he should help rather than sulk
Okay, let’s be real. No relationship is going to work out if you try to handle everything by yourself. All he has to do is tell Taeshin and we alllll know he will help him. Trusting someone when you’re in a relationship with them is key, so if it’s “hard for him to trust” then the relationship won’t work. So like, just tell him!
