Women can't fully understand how guys feel huh. Then explain why BL is dominated by women authors? Women who can't fully understand how guys feel are writing stories about guys falling in love and this is supposed to appeal to male audiences because.....?

Btw I disagree that women can't fully understand how guys feels, vice versa. Maybe at first glance? Women and men live different lives so initial understanding will be different. But communication is key to fully understanding one another. But this is a separate topic.
I think the truth of the matter is it doesn't matter if you're male or female enjoying BL. BL can be enjoyed by all, but the point still remains BL authors are mainly female and they write their stories with women in mind. I think also because BL is meant to entertain first and foremost, it's not exactly seeking to tell politically correct stories in terms of LGBTQ+ friendly, afterall, most stories are still deeply heteronormative.
