It doesn't matter. Probably will just give you a little bit more context over what the main character actually does for his job other and mix the Easter eggs were the main characters from pro boy make a appearance in this more sentimental but it's not required

If I help sway you either way I've been wanting to reread purple boy for the longest and I just decided to start it again today. I'm already at chapter 57 and this being my third reread in the past couple years with me finally understanding who all the characters are especially the ones that are Central to ignite the dawn and seeing all their little quirks and things that first happened in pearl boy. These two series are definitely ones you can reread 3 to 4 times and each time you'll gain a little bit more and understand stuff that you'd proceed you know completely follow.
