People keep saying it felt rushed, but that’s not even my main issue. The real problem is that it lacked emotional payoff. After all that buildup, the ending didn’t feel raw, authentic, or emotionally charged. It felt more like something that had to be done than something the characters truly lived through.
It’s not about side stories fixing it later. The main ending should have delivered that emotional release on its own, and for me, it just didn’t do justice to everything that was built up.

It's so ridiculous I don't understand how the ball could've been dropped so badly. I truly thought Mingwa was gonna start fixing things when Dan was all depressed and JK was taking care of him things kept going up and just flatlined out of no where. All the character development I was expecting never happened instead Dan just gets stabbed 30 chapters later and that's when JK suddenly realizes he's at fault. How do you waste that much time??? I'm trying and I just can't comprehend it. Something had to have been happening behind the scenes, stories never end like this unless something is happening!
