If it was written in historical times, historical but this story wasn't written in those times was it? Just because the theme of the story is historical, it doesn't mean that you can't have modern morals in it, the author is LIVES IN THE MODERN TIMES I would understand the fucked upness of it all if the author wrote this in the 1700s but that's not the case now is it?

Age gap isn't that big it 8 years old age gap i don't know what's this but age gap issue but I m currently reading a story with 44 years of age gap you should read it's definitely masterpiece "no more eurydice" cuz they both adults but I can guess here this one seme was 14 and uke was in his early 20s but it's seme kid who made this kind of deal with him it's not uke eho did he is just saving his sister and mother from getting beheaded so can't blame uke if he stay with his plan and develop feelings overtime but he has no intention of going further with seme but just pathways it's sems who pulled him back with force and rape threatening to pull his sister and mother both in trouble if uke doens't listen to him hope thsy explains....
The age gap itself isn't the issue tho, it's the fact they met when one of them was an adult and the other was a child that's the issue here.
