Hm I kind of read it as she didn't think it was as big a deal when she was just fucking with him, trying to mess up what he had with her mom. But now that she's realized her feelings for him are far greater, she wants more with him, she's apologetic to her mom about it.
Technically lust kinda makes u lose sense of reality. So once that goes away u are back to reality. And u can see that multiple times happen throughout the chapters where she cares about her mom at random times and mind u Rosa has only played with that guy like what 2-3 times 2 times which ended up being him giving her oral which doesn’t satisfy that itch. And finally with the last one where she pegs him but before that she does end up riding him kinda. That’s probably where she was finally getting her fill + after she took care of him. That was enough.
