Its not that far fetched tbh. Ive had similar experiences as hs and over time after being in a better place or just yearning for answers I learned to open up again. Read the last chapter, I felt rlly reminiscent watching hs even though hes just a character
I'm not surprised atp. Fargo sweeps problematic stuff under the rug even before this. Betcha they'll try to brush it away by saying Hyesung is in a better place and has family who loves him and that it's been YEARS since then so he mellowed out. Just trampling on trauma for the sake of a "happy ending" and a quick buck.
