honey badgers are literally from AFRICA.. THEY CAN HANDLE FUCKING HEAT. tbh mustelids (the family of mammals) are metal as shit as literally every member is a highly effective predator. Author couldve EASILY used a wolverine, a cold-adapted POWERHOUSE of a weasel, but no.. if anything the honey badger is bored as fuck as there’s literally no enrichment for him.. poor guy.

He's not a real honey badger, but his real form should be able to handle the heat too, I think

100% should be able to handle heat, if anything they’d love heat.. it’s also crazy how he’s literally the only animal we see aside from horses.
