I got trigger for a second gave me flashbacks

The way that coworker is obsessed with not fathoming the thought he isn't wanted by those women is a reminder of how men really cant except rejection. Those men act like those are the only women left in the world. Like they don't leave the station at all and cant make connections elsewhere. In the fact the so called captain isn't stopping the men from basically harassing those women he teams up with them instead to harm another co worker. You are the leader act like it. While I can understand him creating romantic relationships with each woman there being a problem because it can effect the harmony of the work station. But that is why as the leader you pull him aside and have a talk with him. Not plot against your subordinate especially one who hasn't done anything to you. Those ladies arent wrong I wouldn't like them neither look how insecure you all are to the pointing your practically bullying someone. That's super unattractive in itself. Those men should've been fired especially the one who demanded to know why he wasn't good enough to be with. They don't want you the end.
