dohu is answering juheon's question of whether it's been a while for him sleeping with someone. dohu basically said if he had the time for anyone to sleep around with(which he doesn't since he's busy af, sleep deprived and hung up over juheon) he'd rather it be with juheon, and by taking care of it himself, dohu means jumping his bones :D ig it's kinda like trying to quell juheon's insecurity and reiterate that he is very much still down bad for him
