Why I think this. U can see in her memories she mentions Elizabeth bernedet bullying her. Who is Elizabeth and why is her last name the same as the bernedet mansion. Her father died or disappeared around the same time that demon came around. She said her dad was looking into making more money cos of her mum. The lady in house says the demon looks for ladies from fallen families. Also the second head of otis family if u look at her hair looks reallyyyy similar to our FL. Anyways theory is this demon has long followed rachels life and possibly fallen for her or obsessed with her. He benequathed tragedies to her life for her to end up exactly in this situation.
