It’s evident in older snippets (as in when potato grows up) and the GL alternation, they’re in a somewhat romantic situation-ship. It’s irrevocable that potato feels something for wolf-king, however, it seems wolf-king sees potato as a kid only. It’s not an official ship as in they’re dating but it’s not platonic either.
For those who think it’s incest, incest means you’re engaging in an active relationship with someone of BLOOD relation which you share genetics with so how in the world does this qualify as incest? i swear, the amount of idiots that post without getting their definitions right is embarrassing.
Lastly, if you aren’t comfortable with this time to of pairing—LEAVE. There’s other plots where FLs or a character raise their love interest from BABIES or CHILDREN as well and I don’t see a SINGLE comment out there crying.
