I'm glad I endured being so weirded out by the tentacle monster ML early on because this is a fun read. It's just that the tentacles give me 2 thoughts:
- oh that's such an old hentai trope and we need to retire it
- this is borderline scary and freaky (not freaky sexy, more like the kind of freaky that makes your skin itch) especially when he becomes a huge blob of countless tentacles
but I would say that the mangaka did a good job making ML likeable despite his "thing"
