chapter 39&40 in the novel, the fan-tl still has the dog scene since they translated it before the author changed it
if they add the extra in the manhwa (which it'll be the dildo and not the dog) it will be one of the very last chapters so we have a ways to go before that happens since it's right at the end of the novel.
