Users do that because there’s no other option to save it under “dropped” and to prevent re-adding them again and again. Also, it’s saved the rating you gave to it. You can’t rate a manga unless you’ve marked it as read/reading etc.
I personally use my “already read” list for stuff I’ve caught up on, meaning I read up to the latest released chapter. While I use my “reading” list for everything else I’m currently reading.
It’s your list your account. Do what u think is best for you. It doesn’t matter how u use them.
ongoing stories that are in "already read" list are most likely dropped stories by the users or they mistakenly click out already read instead of reading
So like I'm new here and I have seen people put manhwa that are still ongoing put that in there "Already read" list so should I do it too I'm kinda confuse
