Is it only me but I can understand all the reason behind mls action and i constantly see mc viewing his actions from the lens of "All he does is looks down on me " he is the one with low self esteem to clearly speak up. Ml is not mistreating him, he is just trying to not slip because he fears he is going to be like his father/grandpa. Mc is an unreliable narrator I get so confused everytime they converse.
All in all low self esteem people are really hard to love, it's not like you can't love them but it gets hard because they don't value themselves and think the world also don't value them.
Self note: I'm dropping this now because this was an absolutely ridiculous situation and the whole time it's been frustrating.
I think him dating other people who are omegas and not having any intimate time during their relationship worsened their relationship, also I don’t think uke knows about the whole father trauma because they don’t communicate at all
I completely agree with your comment. Reading this (just on chapter 6 currently) reminds me of my teens and how I had low self esteem during my first relationship.
These boys need individual therapy and learn to communicate better
