i take it back this isn't the romance all our redhead 2nd mls deserve not that this is a bad story, just, damn. dude is frustrating. at least he's honest? better to tell someone to their face you're sleeping with them bc of....discharge? and that you're in love with someone else? (i'm not convinced, those might be inside thoughts tbh. our mc is bordering sainthood, and i'm autistic. i'm not sure i'd put up with that level of social ineptitude. there's a limit.) atp it really does feel exactly the same as a redhead 2nd ml story it's just we know beforehand that the redhead 2nd ml actually gets the guy (at what cost though)
