Yeah it's specially common amongst people with neurodivergence. I have a form of it where I struggle to recognize people initially if they change their appearance (hair, new clothes, accessories) and I have a friend who struggles to recognize real life people and even fictional character's faces
I was going to comment what is all these bls with face blindness like how common is that in everyday life??
But I searched it up and apparently almost one in 33 people (3.08 percent) have some form of face blindness. I stand corrected.
