i liked the story overall, but there were a few plot holes and things that didn’t feel fully explained to me. why didn’t they use the antidote to save damha’s father too? and what exactly did garon’s mother do to him? i wasn’t sure if the story was implying some kind of sexual abuse or not.

another thing i didn’t really like was how garon’s madness and murderous tendencies never got a proper explanation. it kinda felt like the answer was just “he’s like that because that’s who he is,” and i wish there had been more depth to it.

there are probably a few other things that bothered me, but i can’t remember them right now. also, i felt so bad for the second male lead he honestly deserved so much better.

So the reason they didnt use the antidote to save the dad was cuz the village leader never told the mom! Horrible honestly. And yea it’s sexual abuse he told him his mom was “his first woman” and she even told him to “hold him”. But I totally agree on the fact that his madness wasnt more properly explained like from what we doooo know I can see a bit of it stemming from that
