This! its honestly a psychological thing, people yearn for the past and a time they felt were better but that doesn't mean its actually better. First love is super over romanticized in that way. it doesnt matter who loved who first its about who is better for you
I really wish stories would stop over romanticising first love, sometimes it just doesn't work and another love comes by.
