I suppose legally it's not rape (although i'm not sure how a contract like that would hold up in the court of law, lmao), but JK was definitely taking advantage of KD's financial situation, and absolutely got a kick out of his reluctance and humiliation. I think what makes it more complicated personally is that it's clear that Mingwa wanted to portray KD repressing his sexuality due to his past trauma, with JK bringing him to realize that sex can feel good if he allows himself to enjoy it, in some fucked up kinda way
