Mc doesn't know. Seme knows and is keeping that info to himself. His idea is that he wants mc to fall for him regardless of the soulmate thing. He underestimated mc's serious and thoughtful personality. We don't know what's going through the seme's head at the moment, but I doubt he's ok with losing his soulmate like this.
The seme is not the mc but if I remember correctly the seme (blue hair) did a body check on mc and he saw and knew that his name is on his butt i think
