For me personally, I'd be pissed too if someone got a scholarship that only accepts 1 student in every department. I am not saying that Yeomin doesn't deserve the scholarship, we can see how hardworking and how smart he is when it comes to his studies and it shows but my point is, ML really shouldn't be meddling to something as trivial as a scholarship that might have even been guaranteed for Yeomin from the start.
