The mc would definitely go back (wake up from the coma) to reality. It was exactly 1 year after the accident. He wake up without dojoon and the lottery. As days goes by, he tried living again as reality hits him (there’s no dojoon irl).
But he will meet the 12 years older dojoon (with memories intact from whatever parallel world it is) Dojoon was searching for him like crazy for that whole 12 years but he didn't get a single clue. oh yeah they have crazy seggs in the end as a reunion
