I usually love isekai and BL transmigration stories, but this one feels a lot more grounded in what it would actually be like for someone to suddenly wake up in a world they don't belong to.
After reading the raws, I honestly feel so bad for the MC. Instead of treating transmigration like some exciting adventure, the story really focuses on the fear, confusion, and isolation that come with it. Imagine being thrown into a completely different world, surrounded by people who expect you to be someone you're not, while knowing that nobody would believe the truth if you told them. It's no wonder the MC is constantly anxious and struggling.
What makes it even worse is that his own brother thinks he's lost his mind. The MC is trapped between knowing the truth and realizing that every explanation sounds completely insane to everyone around him. Watching him slowly doubt himself while everyone else doubts him too is honestly heartbreaking.
The biggest saving grace for me is the ML. He's such a green flag. Even after the MC confessed everything (including the fact that he transmigrated into another person's body), the ML didn't immediately dismiss him as crazy. He listened, stayed by his side, and continued to care for him. When the MC is scared, confused, and unable to trust anyone, the ML becomes the one person willing to believe him. Their relationship is genuinely the reason I'm still reading.
That said, the angst is relentless The story does an amazing job portraying the emotional reality of transmigration, but seeing the MC suffer chapter after chapter is making me question whether my heart can handle it.
