i know it's all confusing but the way the creator revealed everything at the end was brilliant. it's the way we only get bits of disjointed pieces about their past all coming to a clearer image in this finale. still confusing sure but the gradual process is making me go "aha! i knew it would be like this!" is really satisfying (example, jaesung having feelings for hoyeon)
also i like how we're not spoonfed with their bgs: hoyeon being like the CEO chaebol son (but probably abused? or family black sheep?) and jaesung looking like his family has debts he needs to pay off (bc of how his mom is caling him). interested to see what's in store for us in s2
