As in, Kim didn't get killed or as in, Changho ate him literally so they could be together forever or as in, a less messed up way of staying together and having an actual healthy relationship?
I can't say too much cus I read the novel a while ago so my memory is a bit hazy. Something was revealed near the end about both of their identities, which resulted in them stating together. Also, changho sacrificed a part of himself for giryeo ^-^ so yeah. Think of it however you want
