I'm not really sure, but I think both twins are demigods. Just because Wolhyun got sick doesn't mean he's different from Sungwoon. Even Geumryang got sick too lol, you can reread chapter 30 when Geum caught a cold
Sungwoon is immortal, he has demigod powers whereas wolhyun doesnt have thats the reason why he got sick my babies dont separate them
