The unofficial translation which is farthest along isn't the best, so miss translations are pretty common (like how they referred/called the mad mage a woman when he's a man). Don't worry theres no blood relation between Prinz and the third prince. No comment on the shippers though, you'll have to read for yourselves weather or not it sails (lol knowing the truth and reading the webtoon only readers comments is kinda funny).
