Well they said that the one inside still was a bit damaged from when they were all pulled out, but this one inside is still fine, which implies that the others were damaged from the removal too. Probably severely. Also they maybe can't survive outside of a body since they are in a tentacle person, then transferred internally without ever leaving a warm body.
Seriously I've read some of those tentacle one shots, but this one with tentacle alien omegaverse is delicious. Though I am right now questioning why the eggs didn't survive after having been removed when they're still intact? Like pit the babies back into mommy
