Tei loves seeing Shuraka in tears and submitting to him. If it weren't for his fixation on what roles/position a sultan has to have in the bedroom, he would've toped Shuraka the very first night in that tent. They're both so clumsy because they both go/act how they think they should and not how their naturelle is.

But seriously, they technically haven't done the deed yet. It might very well be, that they try but fail and try to switch an be happy together. Or Shuraka turns out to be surprisingly dominant, much like his inner voice, and after he gets a bit less anxious and inexperienced - he'll be a true dominant beast. And Tei finds out to his surprise how submissive he can be and how much he likes it XD

BWAT's art style is amaze amaze amaze. Shuraka looks broader, more commanding and powerful in front of his people whereas in front of Tei, he shrinks himself (maybe to not intimidate Tei cause he's worried that Tei would be scared of him like his mother), is more shy and gives shoujo vibes (except for the voices in his head part - those are full on horror story vibes).
Tei's smirk in panel 70 is like I've got you now but also like does he like seeing Shuraka give in/crying? Hmm something to ponder about.
