Yes, the neurological problem is that he can't feel happiness. That's the whole theme, the drug stripped him of every feeling of happiness and he's in a numb state.

The drug which literally looked like a tablet with a smiley face drawn on, is what rendered him numb
I'm pretty sure jaeyoung had a nose bleed
I'm quite curious as to what exactly his health problems are
Currently it's apparent that he has an epilepsy/seizure problem which was definitely caused as the afteraffect of taking the drug
But did he end up even more neurologicaly affected?
