You mean currently?? I think something happens in the past that he has resentment towards Muhan. Whenever Jaheon looks at Muhan, he feels anger. We haven't reached that point yet so idk what has him upset. But in current timeline, it's because Jaheon loves Lord Mugo (all three) and Muhan being there means he can't see Mugo so he is mad about that.
