I am not a native speaker too but I mean in every panel her eyes are just weirdly drawn and it looks like it was just applied (?) on every panel.
Plaster is a term in construction to apply smooth texture on the walls.
No literally her eyes are throwing me off so bad. It look like the artist copy and pasted them from somewhere else. Alongside that one weird eyelash she has that reaches her eyebrow.
