It's complicated. Before jinwoo finds out about his fathers death, be likes guwon as well and so does guwon. After he finds out, he starts hating guwon cause he's convinced he killed his dad, which we can't confirm yet but for rn it's set. So now teach kind hates him, but is still hesitant about it cause he still has lingering feelings for guwon. Guwon ofc still loves teach more than anything
