Just how much attention do the boys want from her to have the father play sick?

A lot, she is showing them that there is no such need for a power struggle and slowly changing them. They are still scary to outsiders, but Lulu reigns them in easily, and she is definitely their blood with how she acts. She is also her mother's daughter, she sees them as good people with harsh histories. This is honestly the cutest family I have ever seen, especially where the mother's genes didn't even try until Lulu was born.
