mostly bl manga has normal size (as far as I've read). like 'baby, sugar, sucubus' for example, the ml's penis is described as big, but it still looks realistic :)

Hmm it's kinda hard to remember dick sizes. I think you can have a feel for it when you see the artstyle like these two. And usually they're just plain lightsabers

I think key indicator is the abs. The more ridiculous the artists draw abs, the bigger the dick....
I just read trick or love! so there's always an exception to the rule... (smaller top)
