tbh i kinda need the top to do a little more chasing. very cute story overall, but would love to see a little more of the top doing more initiating. the bottom steals the show in this story, and the top almost kinda feels forgettable. its not to say the top is a bad character, but when a romance story has just one character doing all the chasing, it just makes me feel like the romance isn’t reciprocated. like yeah, we did see him chase the bottom when the bottom was avoiding him, but it was only for like a chapter, and even then it felt like he chased him out of necessity. it was nice seeing them be cute towards the end of the first season, but it really rubs me the wrong way that the author decided to introduce the top’s harasser. like their romance barely just started? it just feels like it’s serving up for more of the bottom to keep impressing the top and being jealous. i just want the top to do a little more for the bottom so that it feels two-sided
