I get you, it’s like something hasn’t really fully been resolved and just got glossed over.
I feel like we didn’t get a full arc for Munetaka. He kinda goes from playboy straight into being a father without much anxiety or conflict about it other than scared that Ayato will leave him, which I wish was explored a bit more.
To me at least, their relationship feels too unbalanced still? The alpha definitely wronged the omega, but I feel like before that the omega had been taking advantage of the omega: using him for a child, having him do housework, etc. … even if it’s supposed to be consensual, I feel bad for the alpha who devotes himself purely to the home & still comes second to a baby (& tbh I agree that the child should come first! But the way the story flows makes it feel kind of pathetic)
There's something unsettlingly unresolved with this story, I'm not articulate enough to pin point it
