Ngl theirs little harem in this story because the MC doesn't acknowledge them in the first place and for the sexualization part it's pretty tame tbh
The harem plot is decent because the story focuses more on their character building rather than their bodies. It doesn't overly get in the way and it actually aids the plot.
Besides the 2 kisses shown, there isn't must sexualization besides that. (Besides that bath scene one of FL has by herself, but that's typical of every manga)

Not really a lot of scenes being overly sexual, and it mainly focuses on Ed nearly dying like 5 times now I think? And if it part of the harem it’s usually them having character development first
