The only thing i can remember was that it was a yaoi manhwa where the mc was in love with his best friend and were in America (I think) but when the friend told the mc he was getting married the mc congratulated and ghosted his friend and hopped on a plane back to Korea and his friend ended up following him because he didn't understand why the mc was acting that way
