I think it was a manhwa. The bottom had short blonde hair and the top has short black or dark blue hair. It was a historical/fantasy setting (not modern day) with Western-style nobles and aristocrats ( might have also had some type of futuristic aspect to it) I think. I think the top was a Commander. I think they were both of are of similar/equal high social standing. They would regularly meet up in secret to engage in a Master/Slave or Dom/Sub relationship or smth like that. There was also a scene where the top crosses boundaries and alters/modifies the bottom's private area completely without his permission. Any help is appreciated!!!
